The City of Annapolis offers validation programs for local businesses to provide discounted parking to their customers.
Validations for Noah Hillman Garage
For Hillman Garage monthly parking requests, 2-hour resident passes, and Park Shop & Dine validations, please complete this request form:
Park & Shop
Businesses participating in the Park & Shop program can purchase discount validation tickets for their customers.
Product Details:
- Maximum of 4 coupons per stay*
* Note: 1 coupon = 1 hour discount
Rate: $0.55 per coupon. Minimum order quantity: 100.

Bed & Breakfast
Annapolis Bed & Breakfast participants can request discount coupons for their guests and visitors.
Product Details:
- Coupons yield 50% discount to users.
- Coupons are requested by Annapolis Bed & Breakfast participants and distributed at no charge.
