Visit Downtown Annapolis for holiday shopping starting on Black Friday and throughout the season. Many local stores will be running holiday promotions and events including “Midnight Madness Holiday Shopping,” a community block party on December 1 and 8, 2016 that runs from 6 p.m. – midnight. Customers can shop all night long while enjoying special musical performances, food, and refreshments.
To better accommodate shoppers during the holiday season and for Midnight Madness, the City of Annapolis is offering special holiday parking and extra service on the Circulator. Refer below for details.
*Please note: Parking will be in demand during this busy holiday season. The City highly recommends shoppers and visitors to reserve parking at the Noah Hillman, Gott’s, and Knighton garages for a guaranteed spot.
FREE Valet Parking
Free valet services will be available from Thursday – Sunday between November 25, 2016 to December 24, 2016 on a first come first serve basis as inventory allows. The valet operation will be provided on Dock St. and City Dock Lot. Drop-off and Pickup will take place on the Parking Island on Dock St.

Metered Parking
Metered parking is free for up to three hours per day. This runs from Black Friday through New Years Day. Officers on foot will be managing enforcement of overstays and loading zones.

Circulator
The Circulator will operate as normal with the exception of Thursdays (December 1, 8 and 15) for Midnight Madness. The Circulator will run from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m., and be free of charge during these times. A second Circulator will be operating, with one running from West Gate Circle to Church Circle, and the other running from West Gate Circle downtown to City Dock, east on Randall to Prince George to College, and back to West Street.
